Standard Vanity Top Order
Use this form for all standard vanity tops. If you choose any bowl style, edge profile or any other option, it is a custom top and must be ordered and priced as such.

Custom Vanity Top Order
Use this form for all vanity tops with sizes that are different from the standard sizes, bowl styles other than Newport Oval and Laguna Recessed Oval or edge profiles other than 3/4" eased.

Custom "L" Shaped Vanity Top Order
Use this form for all vanity tops that have an "L" shape to them OR that have an angled inside corner. The angled inside corner needs to be drawn onto the picture and size of the angle needs to be provided. In either case, Luicana Industries will determine if these type of tops require a template for manufacture.
